- Perform SaaS-based product demonstrations and consistent customer follow-up
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
- Prioritize and target customers and prospects by the potential for revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and the probability of success
- Be an expert in all of BoldLeads products and services. Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
- Stay aware of the competition, competitive issues, online and offline real estate related products, and services
- Work collaboratively with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Cloud-based software; Database Software; Internet Software; Word Processing Software; Electronic Mail Software; Presentation software
- Other skills required:
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ability to thrive in a short sales cycle
- Drive to make 100+ calls per day (at least 2.5 hours of talk time)
- Brand Ambassador mentality
- Self-starter
- Strong listening and presentation skills
