- Identify and target potential clients through research, leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Present products or services to clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating value.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate successful delivery of products/services.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand network and represent the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using the company's CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
