General Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving the Company’s sales goals for the Janitorial, Cleanroom and Data Center divisions.
- Manage the sales process and budgets to deliver profitable growth
- Use software to document sales leads, processes, communication, and reports.
- Define sales processes to drive desired outcomes and identify improvements as needed.
- Implement infrastructure and systems to support sales success, in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for your division with the Director of Sales
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing feedback to leadership as necessary.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales, and marketing/ function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships
- Meet or exceed sales revenue targets as per the annual quota
- Develop networking teams to generate leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to communicate accurate data and set up opportunities for bidding.
- Join and participate in trade organizations that will promote Pegasus.
- Assist with the planning of sales exhibits.
- Participate in educational and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
- Coordinate and assist in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation.
- Keeps informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
- Check on competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.
- Troubleshoot problems regarding services provided.
- Answers questions from resellers and receive complaints/issues.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
