World Fuel Services FBO & Airport Solution Sales Team (FASST) works with airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) jointly offering quality service while promoting all FBO partners and WFS aviation products. WFS FBO & Airport Solution Sales Team strives on having competitive pricing for our global aircraft operators at all WFS airport and FBO partnered locations within North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a multiple-state territory of existing FBO Partners and finding new airport opportunities while maximizing profit
- Ensure WFS Contract Fuel, Retail & Rewards cards are the leading industry cards
- Ensure WFS is the lead Contract Fuel Partner with participating FBO's and Major Networks within North America
- Promote WFS Aviation Software to all FBO Partners for direct processing and FBO accounting solutions
- Regularly research and negotiate WFS pricing to ensure WFS is competitive at every FBO
- Connect with every FBO our clients fly to and identify new opportunities for growth in Contract Fuel, AVCARD, Rewards, Aviation Software,
- Work to develop our WFS FBO network and optimize use of all WFS products and services
- Enhance bulk value proposition in close coordination with Bulk Sales Division through WFS product optimization
- Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and/or negotiations. Achieve sales targets and goals as defined by management
- Routinely perform prospecting and cold calls to uncover new airport opportunities or initial introductions to the FBO & Airport Solution Sales Team's offerings
Job Requirements:
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to analyze information and seek opportunities based on analysis
- People-oriented - comfortable with public speaking and customer presentations
- Sales oriented - Have an excellent understanding of practical negotiating skills with a focus on creating a win-win situation for our valued customers and our organization
- Able to effectively multi-task
- Intermediate technology knowledge level (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce and video/conference calls)
Experience:
- Aviation professional with an extensive background and experience level in working with business and general aviation customers
- Customer Service and Sales experience required
- FBO and Airport experience preferred but not required
- Minimum three years of Aviation experience
Education:
- Associate degree or some college
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:
- Regionally based out of the US - potential home office based
- Travel within the US
- Industry tradeshow attendance
- Ability to travel a minimum of 1 week per month with a maximum of 2 weeks per month
