At CGS, we are driven to provide best-in-class call center solutions to multiple clients across key vertical markets. As we continue our growth, we are seeking a Sales Executive, focused on our Call Center business expansion. This position was designed to provide NEW business development opportunities for outsourcing help desk in various business verticals. An above average understanding of the value proposition associated with the various functions within a technical and customer care support service help desk is required. The executive level position is responsible for having direct accountability for the full sales process including lead generation, qualification, requirements definition, proposal development, client negotiations and contract completion. This is an individual contributor role and reports to our Worldwide SVP of Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for driving sales of Customer Care Contact Center services and digital processing & next generation care services & technologies.
- Engage product marketing and solutions experts to refine service offerings for specific market segments.
- Recommend and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation.
- Achieve goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets and rates.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing Sales and relationship management processes.
Position Requirements:
- Consultative seller who develops deep relationships and adds value to the client's business over the long term.
- Team player who can partner with delivery organizations for added value.
- Aggressive seller capable of forging relationships with CIO's and BPO VP's as well as key CX executives and teams - establish wide relationships across all lines of business with New Logo clients.
- Track record in closing complex deals (consulting and/or BPO) and build relationship with C-suite
- Strong understanding of financial modeling in an outsourced environment.
- Conduct SWOT analysis, evaluating resource requirements, and planning for stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic business problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Global outsourcing solution sales experience (BPO)
- Skilled in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy.
- Possess deep industry knowledge related to Customer Care.
- Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts.
- Ability to understand value-based selling and articulate it to C-level executives.
- Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quotas.
- Self-motivated and able to manage well in a startup mode.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and clients
- Ability to work remotely from the core organization yet able to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate through the industry by the way of networking. Hence, strong networking skills are the key to this role.
- At least 3 years of Outsourcing / BPO sales experience.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Location is flexible in the US.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally – as conditions allow.
Salary Range: 120K - 200K/per year
