This position will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization’s products and/or services. Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered for this position. This includes F1 and OPT candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
- Collaborates with sales team to ensure requirements such as sales numbers, submit sales reports and profit goals.
- Strong understanding of company products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Enter leads and tracking of follow ups through designated software.
- Pickup and delivery of product.
Here’s What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking, facilitation, and business acumen
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
- Must be bi-lingual in English/Spanish
- Ability to travel and call upon customers as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 2+ years outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in commercial lawn sales a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
