Sales Executive

This position will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization’s products and/or services. Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered for this position. This includes F1 and OPT candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
• Collaborates with sales team to ensure requirements such as sales numbers, submit sales reports and profit goals.
• Strong understanding of company products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
• Enter leads and tracking of follow ups through designated software.
• Pickup and delivery of product.

Here’s What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent networking, facilitation, and business acumen
• Must have a valid California driver’s license
• Must be bi-lingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to travel and call upon customers as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• 2+ years outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in commercial lawn sales a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
