As a Pro Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing LL Floorings B2B (Pro) partnerships assigned to you and developing new business opportunities. LL Floorings targeted B2B customer segments in the construction, reconstruction, installer, home remodeler & builder, and property management industries. The PAE will be responsible for building these partnerships, collaborating on joint business plans with internal stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through LL Floorings Retail Store footprint. This position requires a strong understanding of the customer, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Account Development: Develop and grow B2B customer objectives, and strategy focused on the book of business and new business opportunities, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Expert in building existing and prospective relationships with business leaders in the construction, reconstruction, installer, home remodeler & builder, and property management industries.
- Business Planning: Exceptional collaboration with key internal stakeholders including executives, sales teams, and other relevant contacts to create joint business plans to drive revenue growth and mutual success. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Enablement: Proficiency with CRM, data entry, and pipeline management generated from daily contacts, in-person meetings with B2B account contacts, and web-based meeting environments.
- Marketing Collaboration: Create co-marketing (co-marketing with internal teams, or co-marketing with external accounts) initiatives with positive ROI metrics to generate customer demand, qualified pipeline, and growth with B2B accounts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders, including stores, product development, operations, and outside and inside sales executive teams to ensure effective coordination of sales efforts and alignment with company-wide initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and analysis to the executive team. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to drive continuous improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Travel: In-market travel weekly.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Five to eight years of related B2B sales experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent budget management and math skills
- Ability to make presentations to individuals and/or groups
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Outstanding telephone skills
Individuals in this position generally work in an office environment that involves the use of office equipment, such as computers, copiers, telephones, and other office machinery/equipment. Individuals may experience occasional exposure to a retail sale and/or warehouse environment involving material moving and heavy equipment (e.g. forklift) where there may be some exposure to moderate noise, outdoor elements (heat and cold), and airborne particles.

Pay- 60,000 to 70,000 base + commission
