JOB SUMMARY:
As a Sales Excellence Senior Analyst, you will be a key player in enhancing the overall performance and efficiency of our sales organization. You will focus on analyzing sales processes, leveraging data insights, and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in performance analytics and sales operations will contribute to the success of our dynamic sales team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performance Analytics:
- Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the sales organization.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Sales Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics.
• Technology and Tools Evaluation:
- Assess and recommend improvements to CRM systems and sales tools.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies to enhance sales operations.
• Training and Development Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for the sales team.
- Contribute data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Sales Enablement:
- Support the creation and management of sales playbooks, collateral, and resources.
- Work closely with the sales enablement team to ensure effective tool deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and IT, to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
