JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics
JOB DUTIES: Performance Monitoring-Gather Digital marketing campaigns data for different channels (Google Ad’s, Facebook Ad’s, Email campaigns, Online Video campaigns etc.,) on a weekly basis, analyze and provide performance analytics and metrics to the marketing teams. Data tables development - Gather data from different data sources (Oracle, Big Query and Snowflake), build SQL (Structured Query Language) metrics and KPI (Key performance indicators) and build/develop new data dimensions. Python Coding for Analytics – Build analytical prediction and identifying the customers at risk and about to churn. Build codes in Python by using the internal/organizational data and create automated models that predict risk customers and suggest action items to the stakeholders. Data Accuracy and validation - Collaborate with the different marketing channel owners, IT and database developers to identify new data structures built and use it for various reporting. Data validation and backtracking time to time to check the accuracy of the data in the database. Drive Innovation on Marketing Campaigns – Collaborate with the marketing teams to recommend and execute tests on marketing campaigns and website promotions to increase conversion and ROI, followed by A/B tests to share out the results. Data Mining and Quantitative analysis – Gather and mine customer data, both pre application and the application performance data from different databases and sources, create a flat table and build quantitative analysis and reporting on tools like Python, Orange Analytics for Predictive analytics and present the data by building charts and graphs on Power BI to the stakeholders. Predictive modeling and Anomaly detection – Build Ongoing predictive models on Python, to monitor and detect any anomaly seen in the customer performance over time. Report the anomaly in reports on daily, weekly and monthly cadence. New market and competitor trend monitoring – Monitor the market and competitor trend and communicate effectively to the stakeholders. Communicate and present the suggestions and rooms for improvement in a precise way to the Senior Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics. Two years of experience to include: Analytical tools: Python, SAS, SPSS, or Rapid Miner; BI Tools: Power BI; Tableau, Qlik, or DOMO; and Data warehouse tools: SQL, Snowflake, Sisense, SAS, Big Query, Amazon Redshift, or Oracle.
