Technical Sales Engineer

Role: Technical Sales Engineer / BD

Position Description:

• Sales and promotions of products to both existing and potential clients in multiple basins.
• Cultivating and maintaining positive business relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
• Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities.
• Maintain proper inventory control and submit required paperwork according to company policy.
• Communication with upper management relating to any discrepancies between products and services and ensure that company products meet or exceed client expectations.
• Frequent travel to job sites.
• Participates in any training as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Oil and Gas Completions Operations.
• 5+ years’ experience in Account Management / BD in Completions Oil and Gas Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Organizational skills and a track record of achieving quotas.
• Self-motivated with interpersonal, negotiations, and communication skills.

Position Details:

Location: Midland, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary/Commission: 80K-150K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
