Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Enablement and Training Specialist. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training program for new hires in the sales organization, overseeing the training reinforcement initiatives for all sales employees and managing our internal knowledgebase space within Confluence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Leads from the SMB and Accounting Solutions Groups, Sales Engineers, and Sr. Sales Engineers to identify coaching and learning opportunities for each Account Executive. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Management and Product Marketing teams to create sales trainings materials and enablement resources. You will conduct in-depth training sessions and assist in selecting sales materials and collateral to help with the closing of sales.
This is a remote work position requiring some travel.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Enablement by identifying recurring themes from sales calls and collaborate with Product Marketing to develop effective Sales Enablement materials.
- Foster collaboration between Sales Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams while ensuring alignment on messaging and positioning of technical solutions.
- Refine and continually update the onboarding program for new Sales team members to accelerate their integration and work closely with HR and department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain internal Confluence spaces while working with Sales leads to build new content and resources across technical and sales process subjects.
- Regularly review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and provide feedback to Sales and Sales Engineering Leads.
- Stay up to date with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Prior experience training employees, in a technical or sales-oriented role.
- A proven ability to quickly ramp on new products and technologies; prior in-depth knowledge of Rightworks' products preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging this knowledge to deliver both complex technical presentations and non-complex non-technical discussions.
- A passion for public speaking with demonstrated experience delivering presentations audiences of 20 or more.
- A drive to uncover areas for improvement; a passion for assisting others on their learning journey; and a desire to create innovative solutions.
