The role...
Permutive is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional to own the development and success of the Permutive Sales Enablement function.
Reporting to the CRO, and working directly with the Sales Operations Manager and the Senior and Revenue Leadership teams. You will be fundamental in the success of the global revenue function.
Our revenue teams are distributed across New York, London, France, and Germany helping the world's leading Publishers understand how Permutive can help them deliver unrivaled revenue and profitability from their ad sales while preserving the security and privacy of their users.

What you'll be doing...

  • Drawing on your prior experience, working directly with the CRO and Permutive leadership team to set the revenue enablement roadmap and priorities to drive results.
  • Developing current and new enablement initiatives. Designing and delivering these programs, paving the way for their successful delivery of our revenue teams.
  • Overseeing multiple projects and priorities to drive the Sales Enablement Function.
  • Gathering insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals.
  • Creating best-in-class sales collateral to convey the Permutive message.
  • Building and forming excellent internal and cross-functional relationships.

What you'll need...
  • Experience leading and setting the strategy for enablement functions for revenue teams in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Measurable experience having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, and length of sales cycles.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders setting strategies and processes to develop and grow successful sales functions.
  • Experience working alongside revenue leaders and managers to dive into and accelerate the end-to-end performance of sales strategy and enablement initiatives.
  • Experience executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
  • Experience experimenting with new enablement methods and strategies that have a demonstrated impact on results.
  • Excellent communication skills, you are a listener, speaker, writer, and presenter.

What we are offering...
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between $160,000 and $180,000 with a 15% bonus target on company and role performance.
