Job Description
- Build change management, communications and engagement programs and processes for Sales, Technical Sales and Customer Success that drive business and program outcomes and inspire employees
- Partner across the organization with key internal stakeholders to develop and support a broad range of internal communications initiatives and events to launch and support a key go-to-market program
- Develop internal communication materials, such as leadership messages, podcasts, employee newsletter, intranet content, management talking points and presentations
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communications approach, messaging and positioning, and influence internal stakeholders as needed to ensure communications are compelling and aligned to the needs of program, employees and business goals
- Plan and execute Sales employee engagement events, such as webinars, all-hands, town hall meetings and round tables to promote important news and information
- Ensure that all content is the highest quality, is creative and compelling and aligns with corporate messaging
- Translate sales business objectives into strategic communications plans and help to integrate into key communication channels
- Quantify communication and change management success metrics
- 5+ years of relevant combined communications and change management experience
- Experience working with Sales or Technical Sales and large scale program deployments
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or relevant experience
- Experience working for Saas company and/or knowledge of software market
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, great people skills, strong executive presence
