The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Compliance Specialist with a SaaS, professional services, or pre-sales background, who is ready to be part of building our GTM function at a high-growth company. You will have the opportunity not just to win business, but to build the processes and systems we need to scale as we grow the team and our offerings.
The Sales Enablement Specialist (RFPs) is Ironclad's leader for proposal management across the board. This individual will work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Legal & Security to gather the resources for ultimately own the content to submit first class proposals [(Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Vendor Security Assessments (VSQs)].
What you'll be doing:

  • Ownership of RFx & VSQ response for the GTM function. This will include project management of each proposal as well as the development and maintenance of top quality standard responses.
  • Develop bid qualification process in alignment with Sales Leadership to scale the function and ensure Ironclad is focusing on winning business.
  • Continuously improve Ironclad's documentation content in collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Security, and others.
  • Identify and address content gaps or the need for additional media (language, images, video) and work cross functionally to drive improvements.
  • Maintain proposal process, company standards, and best practices to guide other team members to a successful and winning proposal!

What you'll need:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience professional and / technical writing, editing, and organizing technical language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a relevant, accessible way.
  • Strong empathy and desire to understand customer needs and goals. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into data or talk to customers/SMEs and understand the need.
  • Very collaborative team player who fosters strong working relationships across teams.

Base Salary Range: $84,000 - $105,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the OTE range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The OTE offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our OTE is just one component of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
