Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for ID Dataweb, you will be responsible for increasing the company’s revenue and expanding the company’s customer base. You will be responsible for researching accounts, contacting prospects using phone and email outreach, setting meetings, and generating pipeline. You will report to the Sales Development Manager.
The primary Sales Development Representative responsibilities are as follows:
- Prospect Generation: Utilize HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other tools to research contacts and collect prospects.
- Generate Meetings: Generate qualified meetings and opportunities through prompt and responsive communication with prospects.
- Meet Quotas: Swiftly work to achieve targeted outreach quotas and prospect conversion.
- Reporting and Presentation Support: Collaborate in generating reports and creating presentations when required, aiding in the communication of insights, progress, and results to internal teams and clients.

The Sales Development Representative will report directly to the Sales Development Manager. This position offers a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 with an on-target earning of approximately $85,000 with full medical benefits and participation in the company’s 401K program. This role has the opportunity to transition to an Account Manager role.
