SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

The mission of the Sales Development Representative position is to make appointments for sales proposals by making follow up calls as part of marketing campaigns (i.e. direct marketing mailer), nurturing leads through email or phone call follow up, Updating CRM system with contact information, research and build a list of targeted customers using online and public information resources.

Responsibilities

• Making 80-100 dials per day. This includes calling prospects and calls to build our list of potential prospects.
• Cleaning 125 company contacts per week to grow our prospect list
• Managing our company Excel file with our raw list and clean list

Skills

• Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
• Basic computer skills including Excel
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17 - $23 per hour

Experience level:

• 1 year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Weekly day range:

• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· High School Diploma

· Experience in customer service environment

· Good documentation skills and attention to detail while documenting.

· Ability to work from home in a noise-free environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Able to talk and hear, both in person and by phone

· Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone

· Able to sit comfortably while working on a computer, for extended periods of time
