About the role

W3LL, has an opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead the charge for the sales team by 1) identifying ideal buyers through research, email and phone calls, 2) acting as the “tip of the spear” to generate interest and securing meetings/calls, and 3) implementing sales and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this role will take the initiative to learn about the needs, priorities and goals of target prospects through account- and contact-specific research. This would include mapping decision makers at key accounts based on people’s roles and information available in public and third-party information sources. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales to develop target lists. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and digital engagement with prospects to line up meetings for the sales executives. You’ll be expected to regularly communicate and document the results of your outreach.


Requirements

You will:

  • Market research on prospects/targets to procure meetings
  • Outbound messaging via email, LinkedIn, SalesLoft and other marketing automation solutions
  • Outbound phone calls to prospects/targets to secure meetings
  • Meeting preparation documentation
  • Maintenance and utilization of CRM solution
  • Collaboration across sales, marketing, and operational teams in support of sales efforts


You have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales or customer service in a business-to-business environment
  • Drive and persistence in calling prospects to find key decision makers and set appointments
  • Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
  • Positive attitude and polite demeanor
  • Able to learn and use sales and marketing software such as Salesforce, Outlook, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (with training)
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks to achieve goals
  • Self-starter, ability to learn, results-oriented and persuasive
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction in a team environment
  • Interest or education in health and wellness is a strong plus
  • Recent college grads are welcome
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Must work in Eastern Standard Hours
  • Must become a licensed broker within the first 90 days

Benefits

What we offer:

Salary - $50,000 - $55,000 base with potential of OTE between $95,000-105,000
