Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Call Center Lead to join our team. The Call Center Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Call Center, ensuring efficient communication with patients and effective coordination of scheduling and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports and monitors Call Center performance, including call volume, wait times, and patient satisfaction.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve Call Center efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reviews calls for all locations and provides feedback to Call Center staff to enhance communication and customer service.
- Monitors Scheduling Institute training to ensure staff members are adequately trained and proficient in appointment scheduling and patient communication.
- Generates and analyzes EDS reports, referrals production, and collection data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize revenue.
- Monitors recall reports and performance to ensure timely follow-up and patient retention.
- Collaborates with management to develop and implement policies and procedures for Call Center operations.
- Provides leadership and support to Call Center staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Call Center software and scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
