Position Purpose & Responsibilities:

As an Employer Services Advisor, you'll be the superhero of acquiring new business clients for PayNW. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

• Establishing and cultivating professional referral networks
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects that rivals the Hoover Dam
• Meeting with prospects, virtually or in person, to unravel their human capital management challenges
• Showcasing your wizardry in PayNW technology and HCM concepts
• Specifying, proposing, and sealing the deal with new business clients
• Strutting your stuff at conferences, trade shows, and other events to spread the PayNW love
• Navigating the HubSpot CRM galaxy to track and report on your stellar sales performance
• Being the guardian of the PayNW brand, mission, and mindsets
• Surpassing sales goals and quotas like a true sales virtuoso

Knowledge & Competency Requirements:

To embark on this epic journey, you should have:

• A proven history of HCM B2B sales success (Think of it as your sales battle scars)
• Comfort with technology, and a track record of tech sales triumphs
• Ability to weave a web of trusted relationships with professionals (bonus points if you already have a spider-sense for networking)
• Familiarity and finesse with sales processes and systems
• Knowledge of enterprise business processes (because you're not just a player; you're a strategy mastermind)

Salary Range: $60K - $75K

OTE of $120K with a Quota of $300K

Target prospects with 50-500+ employees
