As a Lead Manager (SDR) at Superior Home Buyers, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate industry. $100,000+ OTE

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact with homeowners
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Assisting in the negotiation and closing of sales contracts
• Building and managing a growing portfolio of investors
• Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
• Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines
