You're the fuel on the fire of Zego's sales machine. This might be your first role out of college, or maybe you're looking to transition into a career in sales - either way, you'll be sure to learn the best practices to succeed in your role and accelerate your career in technology. About the Role:
As an SDR, you will generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline through outbound prospecting within our target accounts by crushing the following job components:
- Identify & research target buyers using a variety of public resources & technology
- Employ innovative techniques and strategies to reach and engage target buyers
- Develop, test, and adapt persona-specific communications via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate Zego's value proposition to key decision-makers regarding appropriate product offerings.
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain a high level of knowledge of competitors' offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly pipeline goals set by management
- Continuously learn & improve through call study, formal training, and regular coaching and feedback.

About you:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
- Highly curious and emotionally intelligent
- Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Open and willing to receive and quickly address constructive feedback
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Eager to help peers and teammates also achieve their highest potential
- Superb writing, communication, and listening skills.
The US base salary for this full-time position is $21-$22/hour + variable incentive + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
