About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in support and driving the growth of our organization through outbound prospecting engagement, direct B2B sales and organic lead development. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key organizational team stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver positive solutions and outcomes. This role requires a dynamic individual with a demonstrated skill set in working collaboratively with stakeholders externally/Internally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute outbound prospecting and communication strategies, with a focus on captive agents and IA agent producers/owners, as well as producers in targeted geographic areas.
- Identify and re-engage current dormant prospect opportunities, providing timely disposition of timing considerations, focusing on states where we have a stronger market alignment and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
- Utilize technology to streamline sales processes. While experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn or Outreach is desired, a tech-savvy mindset is essential.
- Work in collaboration with Franchise Sales leadership and producers on Team aligned with
- Demonstrate the ability to convert prospects into “live” opportunities for franchise sales producers leading to sale of new contract as a BWI Agency owner.
- Demonstrate the ability that shows strong deliverables on assigned financial objectives with expected outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply the BWI value proposition, organization and supporting shared services and teams that will have a direct impact to conversations with prospects that generates and leads to opportunities to secure new contracts.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
- 1-4 years of proven experience in outbound, direct B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of successful lead and prospect outbound development and conversion of sales.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver tailored, sophisticated solutions (BWI Model offerings) that align with the unique needs of prospects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with key organizational teams and stakeholders.
Skills, Licenses, Certifications
- Technologically adept and highly adaptable to evolving technologies, ensuring a professional and forward-thinking approach to sales strategies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Salesforce, Salesloft, or Outreach is advantageous, underscoring a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry tools and platforms.
