Operations is one of four services–the others are Accenture Song, Technology and Strategy & Consulting. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

The Sales Development Representative key essentials include:

  • High volume calling and prospecting

  • Engaging with customers in a consultative approach

  • Endless curiosity in cloud and digital product markets

  • Understanding that closing B2B deals starts with accurately qualifying the BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline

  • Wisdom to respect the importance of every phone call

  • Competence in learning and discussing Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning and Cloud-based solutions

  • Researching information through client CRM

  • Big picture thinking fueling perseverance through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics

  • Integrity of intel reported daily into CRM and of email correspondence sent on behalf of our clients

  • Coordinating successful go to market services for business owners client stakeholders


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 60-80 calls per day

  • Prior cyber security and cloud sales and marketing experience

  • Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using Salesforce, experience using prospecting tools (Zoominfo, Techtarget, Outreach etc.)

This is a remote role.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
