In the US, 80% of healthcare spend occurs in 20% of patients. We aim to drastically reduce this cost through modern software, hardware, and preventative care services. Its core device (FDA Class 2 cleared) uses machine-learning trained on cell classification to allow chronic patients to monitor their white blood count at home. Its core software product is a platform to help doctors monitor vitals, trends, etc. of such patients, so that physicians and patients can stay aligned without direct interaction.

Athelas is growing quickly, and we need an SDR Manager to ensure we properly scale. Our SDR team has grown from 0 to 12 across the past 6 months, and we're looking to grow even more. This role is critical to driving qualified pipeline for the company, and acts as an important partner working with our Sales and Marketing leaders.
Clear communication is key, as well as a high level of attention to detail. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of who stakeholders are and how to find useful, relevant data to ensure the sales team's success.
What You'll Do
+ Participate in campus recruitment activities, and proactively seek out potential candidates
+ Ensure the SDRs are properly equipped with the highest priority account lists to call
+ Ensure SDRs fully utilizes the tech stack in an effective and efficient manner. (Outreach, SFDC, Gong, Databased)
+ Drive pipeline generation activities across the SDR organization, and work closely with Marketing leaders to ensure SDR processes are streamlined for pipeline efficiency.
+ Provide call-coaching
What You Have
+ Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or Computer science preferred
+ 2+ years of Sales experience as an SDR in both SMB and Enterprise
+ 6 months - 1+ years of experience as a Leader
+ Clear communications skills, both verbal and written, with incredible attention to detail.
+ Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete tasks very quickly.
