- Increases and maintains community census.
- Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.
- Continuously creates unique and personal follow up for prospects and their families.
- Facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident move-in process and completes all necessary paperwork.
- 3+ years selling experience.
- Senior living experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying messages with conviction and confidence.
- Demonstrates understanding of one- on- one sales strategy an implementation.
- Computer skills including MS Office, and CRM/Contact management systems, i.e. SHERPA.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Time management, organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to deliver results and meet performance/sales goals.
- Demonstrated understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of FellowshipLIFE.
