Coastal Pools is a Custom Swimming Pool and Spa Builder, located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Coastal Pools' reputation has been built on providing our clients with quality custom pools and remodels using our 15 step process to ensure complete satisfaction from the start of your project through completion. We design, build, and remodel custom residential and commercial pools.
Coastal Pools is looking for a Sales Coordinator to help with our growing sales organization. The Sales Coordinator will market and promote business opportunities in order to facilitate sales and drive revenue.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- High level written and verbal communications skills
- Computer competency
- Be detail oriented and have organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
- General knowledge of CRM Systems
- Customer service background
- Positive attitude
- Ability to be a team player
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company with new and existing clients through the sales and design process.
- Properly qualify customer utilizing qualifying questions and coordinator script.
- Distribute leads appropriately to sales team based on based on volume geographics, and skill set.
- Monitor and report feedback to management team on trends and data gathered from clients and all lead sources.
- Perform follow ups with clients within one week of receiving their bid and update lead status based on customer feedback.
- Follow up with the sales team on leads provided to them to properly track lead viability through the sales process.
- Perform all scheduling tasks for client through design and selections meetings.
- Assist customers with selections meetings if sales team is unavailable.
- Prepare and maintain in house marketing materials, and work with outside vendors for other materials and services.
- Maintain permit status list and follow up with all municipalities weekly for updates.
- Assist/Participate in SEO and social media strategy.
