Overview:
We are seeking high-level tax experts to support Reconciled’s team of tax professionals.
Duties:
- Perform financial analysis and reporting for various projects and clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial planning and forecasting to support decision-making processes
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial projections
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic planning
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in financial management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Experience with private equity, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), or similar projects is preferred
- Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and financial acumen
- Ability to perform complex financial calculations and analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
-Prior experience with Ultra Tax and filing multi-state business returns
-Minimum of 8 years tax experience
