Sales Concierge

Our new luxury salon is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Salon Concierge. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. As Salon Concierge, you will be responsible for managing appointments, providing personalized assistance to clients, and maintaining a luxurious and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Provide information about the salon, amenities, and local attractions

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Perform opening and closing duties

- Keeping the salon tidy throughout the day

- Managing laundry in a timely manner

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales skills to promote facility amenities and services
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 27 per week

Monday: Bi-Weekly shift from 10am-5pm (every other monday)
Tuesday-Thursday: 8am-1pm

Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off

Option B:
Monday: Bi-Weekly shift from 10am-5pm (every other monday)
Tuesday-Thursday: 1pm-5:30pm
Friday: 2pm-8pm
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
