Job Description
- Assist online customers in finding products to be delivered by going through the inventory
- Call other offices to find items that are not available in the warehouse based on customer online order
- Suggest new items to online customers based on their selections
- Enter sales data and customer data into the company database
- Keep records of special orders
- Proven work experience as a Sales Clerk or similar role
- Tech savvy as this requires you to work with sales software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm with difficult customers
- Prior experience in retail and working remotely
