30 Minute Hit is a fast paced, action packed boxing/kickboxing & self defense based circuit style workout designed just for women. If you are a person who likes to be challenged, and you want to be a part of a growing business that is making a difference in the community, then we are looking for you! We're looking to add to our already amazing team, for 2-4 shifts per week (10-20hr weekly.) We are looking to fill both morning (7:45-Noon) and afternoon (3:45-8:15 PM) shifts.
What you will do :
- Consult and understand members' needs and goals, and help them through the registration process- making sales;
- Support and motivate members while maintaining a positive and empowering environment;
- Passionately teach and demonstrate boxing, kickboxing, and self-defense techniques;
- Keep members engaged & satisfied, while putting the members' needs first.
- Embody the 30 Minute Hit mission to Hustle, Inspire, and Trust
- Additional tasks such as phone/email follow up, updating client information, cleaning & restocking, etc. as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be willing and eager to physically train and continuously improve personal skillset
- Sales experience welcome
- No training experience needed - we'll teach the right candidate all they need!
- Background checks required
- Position is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform & demonstrate various technical skills as well as be on your feet for duration of shift walking, running, bending, stooping, lifting, & twisting.
