Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX sauna and are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more Workout in Less Time!

Our ideal candidate(s) will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live healthier lifestyles. As a HOTWORX Sales Associate you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales; new Membership Sales, retaining and growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads, community outreach to increase brand awareness, and attract new leads, retail sales, and ongoing customer service and member engagement.

- Commission sales-focused individuals - Must be sales-driven!
- Health & fitness-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience working in a gym - Preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls.
- High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals looking to continually grow.
- Ability to make weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Must create social media content with your team to gain followers.
- Must be an outgoing, quick learner.
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!
Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email and phone.
- Complete daily studio cleaning activities.

Job Details:
- Total Compensation Plan range: $15 & up includes $11 hourly wage + monthly personal commission + monthly bonus potential.
- Hours of flexibility: Mon - Thurs 11am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 6pm & Saturday 11 - 4pm
