Job Description
HIT Athletic is looking for a motivated, proactive and confident Member Sales Director to join our team. This position will focus on membership growth by selling new memberships, lead generation and increasing overall traffic to our facility. The Member Sales Director will support all sales goals and will help identify all key performance sales indicators in order to drive membership growth. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and sales experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attract business via member referrals, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up.
- Generate sales through monthly promotions and outbound events.
- Follow up on all prospective leads.
- Develop corporate partnerships.
- Lead sales presentations to prospective groups.
- Conduct tours of the facility.
- Ability to achieve and surpass all personal sales goals.
- Work closely with team members in driving new member personal training sales.
- Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed at all times
- Maintain and document accurate communication and records using HIT Athletic systems.
- Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and adhere to company core values at all times.
- Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years sales experience preferred
- Strong rapport building and sales closing skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: Range of $65,000-$90,000 based on experience
