We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate / Sales Designer to join our dynamic team at Luxiomer. As a leading provider of construction services specializing in Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and maximize profitability

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including builders, contractors, and homeowners

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met

- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to seamlessly execute projects

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

- Monitor and analyze sales data, generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to expand professional networks and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops industry.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen design, materials, and installation processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer segments.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this role.
