We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our store. If you have a passion for luxury products and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Preferably an energetic hostess who can engage with clients with a smile daily.
```Duties```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
-Light inventory and stock work
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in skin care, beauty care, luxury retail, spa or salon setting is a must.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Multilingual skills, Italian or Spanish would be beneficial
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to sell products by demonstrating their features and benefits
- Knowledge of technical sales is an advantage.
