We are looking for energetic, passionate, tech-savvy Investment Relations Associates for our Capital Raise Division with natural communication skills. Team members who earn what they make and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
In this role, the Sales Executive will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative. By coordinating events, writing proposals, and recruiting and leading volunteers, the fundraiser will hone speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving the organization closer to its financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- In this position, you will
- Make high-volume outbound calls to family offices and prospective donors targeting larger institutional level investments
- Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
- Identify and contact potential donors
- Use online platforms to raise donations
- Maintain records of donor information
- Evaluate the success of previous fundraising events
- Ensure that all legal reporting requirements are satisfied
Duties
- Conduct research and analysis on various financial topics, including equity research, corporate finance, and financial services.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to support investment decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients or management.
- Collaborate with team members to develop investment strategies and provide insights on market trends.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients or internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment principles.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a financial institution or related field is preferred.
