Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in person and on phone
• Sales experience
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Energetic professional and friendly
• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
• Honest with strong work ethic; dependable
• Adaptable and flexible schedule - including evenings and holidays
• Any experience with jewelry or diamonds is not required but preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with requests
• Assisting with jewelry orders
• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Receiving and delivering packages
• Organizing paperwork
• Running errands
• Assist with data entry
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
• Keeping office organized
• Accommodating office managers with tasks requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
