Cascadia Tools LLC is franchise of the Snap-On tool company. We are a small business located in Olympia, WA. We are quickly growing and looking to add additional help with the current workload we have.

Our work environment includes:

• Meeting at the same location each morning, and traveling (via company truck) to our scheduled shops to provide tools, warranties and promotions.

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. If you have a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

```Duties```

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders

-Assist with payments and checking customers out at each stop/shop.

- Support business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

- Assist with franchisee, by maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

```Skills```

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Knowledge of market trends and industry needs

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Proficiency with computers and computer programs

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-You must have a clean driving record (last three years) for this position. No moving violations, tickets, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Quarterly bonus
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
