Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Duration: Full Time - In Office
This position is NOT remote.
We are seeking a dynamic executive level assistant that can support our VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager. The perfect candidate will be an upbeat team player that stives to help the sales department reach success. This role is best suited for an individual that prides themselves on problem solving and seeing their dedication to processes directly impact the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Use Salesforce and other software to pull reports
- Provide set daily reporting on sales activities
- Monitor sales interactions for quality essurance and report findings
- Distribute accurate, well presented data to managers, designated department and teams, or to the company as a whole
- Maintain and update spreadsheets
- Schedule appointemnts, meetings and customer interactions as needed.
- Filter CRM communication for time sensitve matters and direct to the appropriate party
- Downlowd and upload inportant data
- Assist with our drone inspection process through proper scheduling, and communcation.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Greet candidates for the scheduled interview and administer testing if applicable
- Seek areas within the sales department where improvement can be made by creating processes or visibilty changes
- Champion a team enviroment that is supportive but accountable
- Order office supplies
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support functions
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and high producing teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive Attitude
