Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline
- Assist with prospective buyers (schedule meetings, draft email responses, etc.)
- Summarize key points after meetings and follow through on action items
- Optimize CTO’s calendar and remove conflicts
Your personality:
- You have a genuine interest in technology
- You love playing calendar Tetris and you get a boost of adrenaline when you figure out how to fit in a meeting when there was previously no room for it
- You are excited about managing a sales pipeline and helping move things down the funnel
- You revel in crossing off todos
- You love bossing people around in a nice way

Hours and logistics:
- Work from home
- Flexible hours but generally 8:30a-5:30p US ET
