Join our team as a Sales Assistant; use your dedication and energy to support our sales success and be an integral partner in converting community sales. Your knack for customer service will mean you're a natural with our customers and your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities
- Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards
- Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model
- Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills
- Available to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month
- Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
