Position Purpose:
The Sales and Pricing Analyst will execute reporting and analytics in support of business operations and key initiatives. This is a highly analytical and technical position that requires the ability to manipulate and derive insights from large volumes of data from multiple data sources.
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
Primary Responsibilities:
The Pricing Analyst develops and tracks key performance indicators that will be critical to enhancing business performance and profitability. This individual will provide analysis and develop reports and dashboards that will support supplier performance management, contract negotiations, operations, pricing strategy, and category management initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Provide reporting and analytics to support business operations, including Category Management, Procurement, Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc analyses and reporting for both internal and external customers, using the company's internal databases.
- Execute pricing changes within the ERP.
- Maintaining all account and Pricing information.
- Creating customer accounts within the database.
- Collaborating with sales to analyze profit margins and mark ups.
- Implementing promotions to the appropriate customers and groups.
- Partnering with sales managers and customers to implement retail prices.
- Compiling, writing, and distributing required reports.
- Researching and resolving customer concerns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Pricing Experience, Financial Analysis or Business Operations experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills to include regular pivot tables + v lookups
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of organization.
• Understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and economics.
