General Role Overview:
Fisker Inc is looking for an experienced specialist responsible for developing and implementing effective service parts and accessories sales strategies that continue to meet competitive market demands while achieving corporate objectives of providing low-cost ownership to customers and ensuring that Fisker is competitive in service parts pricing to achieve our sales forecasts. Monitor sales and price actions to evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions and improvements including price corrections for out of line conditions. Responsibilities also include data entry and review of service parts pricing inquiries and materials from internal teams and external vendors and customers.
Nature of Work
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual and long-term objectives and strategies of service parts sales and pricing, which maximize service parts sales and service penetration and customer loyalty. Monitor performance against plan and take remedial action.
  • Manage service parts sales and service repair data in an effective manner to provide advanced analysis and business solutions to support the sales improvement and perform all sales forecasting for parts and accessories.
  • Develop market research requirements through analysis of market potential and assessment of competitive strength/weakness of our prices. Perform competitive parts price research and benchmark, identify market factors affecting pricing, prepare analysis and recommend strategies through analysis of critical data and applied industry experience that adjust to competitive market influences.
  • Communicate service parts sales & pricing strategy, policies, available programs, and sales objectives with Sales/Service/Marketing/Finance, which will ensure continued sales growth and successful Parts & Service operations.
  • Lead and manage the global Fisker service parts pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
  • Review proposed cost quotations, parts price list, and price exception reports to identify inconsistencies. Provide input into budgeting and forecasting process, assisting in developing specific revenue management initiatives.
  • Ensure that the "price/value" concept of Fisker is maintained through accurate pricing of all service parts and accessories. Maintain a competitive parts price position against other manufacturers on high visibility and "cost of ownership" parts. Analyze pricing data from different sources and report the findings to decision-makers.
  • Perform daily maintenance to the parts price master file in the areas of cost and price and regularly update a pricing history database in SAP S4 Hana.
  • Interface with Regions, Service Centers, Collision Centers and Customers on pricing issues and administer resolution and respond to their requests in relation to price. Collect and verify pricing information from various sources.
  • Partner with Purchasing, Marketing, Finance and Service as needed in designing and implementing customer pricing models to maximize revenue effectiveness. Identify differential benefits from organization offering. Apply marketing strategy and pricing fundamentals to set price for new offerings.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Programs by providing program pricing recommendations. Assure program profitability through analysis of historical data, projected incremental sales and gross profit margin. Perform post-program analysis to determine their effectiveness.
  • Produce reports to analyze pricing positions with financial simulations, reports, and analysis to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers.
  • Evaluate cost updates and implement pricing strategies that align with company sales and profit goals. Perform statistical product analysis based on sales history, market area, and competitive position. Monitor reports and competitive market and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the promotional pricing team to suggest items and pricing to be placed on various marketing materials. Responsible for improving gross profit, sales and units while maintaining gross margin rate.
  • Maintain all pricing fields for assigned lines and note changes on all applicable logs.
  • Support the commercial operations team with existing pricing models and help with the development and evaluation of alternative pricing structures. Partner with Finance and Operation Team to implement annual price adjustment.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction and resolve high priority project issues as needed, to keep projects moving forward. Identify appropriate sales and clearance prices to increase customer traffic.
  • Develop pricing strategies to increase profits and market share, tools to identify changing market trends.
  • Create financial models to evaluate the impact of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability.
  • Forecast future revenue and market share based on pricing data and industry trends.
  • Keep updated on pricing analysis methods and best practices.

Job Specification:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Professional-level knowledge and experience of principles and practices involved in service parts pricing, parts marketing, parts sales strategies, and data analysis.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills to accurately track sales prices and create reports and devise ways to optimize pricing procedures with expert level database management capability.
  • Seven to ten years of experience working in a fast-paced automotive OEM environment with emphasis on Parts Sales & Pricing Management preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and track record to develop and deliver optimized parts pricing strategies, manage programs and process development with a finance background and extensive pricing experience preferred.

Knowledges, Skills, Abilities, Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mastery of MS Excel and strong knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Power BI and SAP.
  • Must have ability to handle confidential matters and information, strong business acumen.

Additional Requirements (if any):
  • Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required.

Expected Salary Range: $70,070 to $115,100
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
