About the Role In this role, you will protect Kohl’s reputation and create an easy store experience for our customers by communicating pricing accuracy errors, auditing signage for consistency, and communicating to store teams and corporate partners.

Key Accountabilities
Support Sales, Hospitality, Operations, People and Conversion through our Shop C3 Program. 
Drive sales

  • Drive sales by providing an inspiring environment that motivates customers to add to their basket
  • Communicates and supports accuracy with the “Great Value Item List”
  • Maintains set up of repack area in both the stockroom and customer service area. Orders supplies as appropriate.
  • Maintains repack area and processes counter damage product as necessary
  • Responsible for effectively using Kohl's tools (i.e. Storenet, KPlanner, Communication Books, etc.) to plan and share information with store executives and Regional Pricing and Compliance Analyst
  • Executes and corrects daily eSign exception and LID report errors and retains records
  • Ensures proper communication of pricing and signing issues with Store Executives and Regional Pricing & Compliance Analyst
  • Partners with the Continuous Flow Merchandise Team to ensure pricing accuracy is correct to include topper accuracy
  • Maintains the store Pricing Accuracy Binder and LID report history
  • Participates in all signing accuracy audits in partnership with the Regional Pricing and Compliance Analyst as needed
  • Works with store team and Regional Pricing and Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with pricing accuracy
  • Audits ad set and markdown event accuracy to include topper placement in Softline and Hardline areas
  • Executes White Ticket workload based on company direction to include: correct ticketing of inventory located in stockroom, on sales floor and customer service, and marks workload complete when done
  • Monitors and inspects current White Ticket workload during/after each truck unload process

Deliver a consistent sales floor experience

  • Build customer connections with a greeting and execute an authentic hospitality experience
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, point of sale, and operational processes, as required
  • Ensure all customers feel respected, appreciated and rewarded.

Build trust to solve the customer shopping needs
Build rapport and make a genuine connection with the customer

  • Acknowledge and assist customers through our company programs 
  • Courteous and responsive to requests and questions

  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
  • Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
  • Ability to wear a face mask or covering and other personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Client facing Retail or Service Industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
  • Naturally curious; desire to learn
  • Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment
     

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.10
