Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and new client accounts ranging from school districts, hospital systems, nursing homes. Medical practices, and/or other professional organizations.
Communicate with clients and leads to identify and understand their staffing needs. Effectively utilize different platforms to build relationships and assist with clients' needs. The position will require virtual or in person visits with clients.
Maintain professional communication with senior leadership regarding various projects. Initiate and support varied projects and initiatives. Achieve standards and quotas.
Deliver sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques to influence potential clients. Maintain detailed reports of all sales activities daily including calls, lost business, and any client relationship problems. Perform other duties as assigned.
Respond to crises and urgent needs with the keen ability to prioritize work, triage situations, and multitask. Other duties as assigned. #SCBRANCH
