POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a self-starter, driven and meticulous intern to join our Sales and Marketing team in the development of beginning to end process of the execution of POP/POS (Point of Purchase/Point of Sale) marketing strategies.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Learn the current process of POP and POS and identify gaps and process improvements.
- Revamp the whole POP/POS marketing material process that will cater to the cross-functional teams.
- Support the Marketing Manager in the process execution of POP and POS that will lead to sales generation.
- Visit various client locations and recommend marketing materials as well as POP/POS placements for more market share.
- Track all orders and placements of POP and POS in all PCNY market locations.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business and/or Marketing
- Ability to travel to different PCNY locations in New York
- Proficient with MS Office and can generate report via Excel, Word and PowerPoint; having knowledge in Adobe is considered a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced, result oriented and challenging environment
- Must be detailed oriented and have strategic time management skills.
COMPENSATION RANGE:
Potential earning is from $19.00 to $22.00 hourly
