You'll be….* Working alongside a mentor sales rep throughout the internship to understand our business and sales process.* Shadowing and leading field/phone cold calls with your mentor to generate new leads from current customers and new accounts.* Exposure to various aspects of the sale process with different internal stakeholders.* Receiving coaching and feedback from your mentor and manager on all intern-led activities.* Internship will conclude with a final project that incorporates building/delivering a mock customer sales pitch.Opportunity to become a Client Program Manager:Pending performance and program completion, this internship can result in immediate fulltime employment as a Client Program Manager (CPM). The purpose of this position is to establish and maintain a long-term profitable partnership with our new and existing large clients. The CPM must be adept at uncovering customer needs and demonstrating how Everon can fulfill those needs using Everon process, products and services.The CPM is responsible for client strategy, sales support activities and coordinating the Everon team in the delivery of Everon services.
The team could consist of eSRG, Operations (PM, QRT, Installation, AE), Engineering (DD, CE, Design) and Solution Support (Service, Managed Services). The CPM ensures that the proper Everon resources are in place and that they provide valuable services to our clients. The CPM also responds and resolves client concerns.
The position ensures ongoing client satisfaction.The CPM collaborates with the assigned Everon team to manage, input and track sales requests (SF and SP), attendance at design meetings with clients, performance of on-site-surveys, coordinates with all other Everon department for project tracking and delivery, services logs. CPM ensures that Everon is providing accurate and timely quotes and invoices, follows up with client to confirm satisfaction. Measurement of the success of the CPM is directly correlated to the profitability of all projects and continued client satisfaction.The CPM will continuously strive to position Everon as the leader in the marketplace with the best services, products, installations, and support capabilities.Education/Certification:* Graduating Seniors (May 2024-December 2024 graduation dates) with a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related fieldQualifications:* Ability for immediate fulltime employment at the successful completion of the 6-week program* Previous customer service preferred.* Sales, cold calling, and prospecting experience preferred.* Must have valid driver's license with acceptable issued by the State of residence.* An interest in technical sales, security, or life safety is preferred but is not required.Personal Attributes:* Candidate must have a strong work ethic, competitive spirit, action oriented and optimistic outlook to achieve positive results.* Candidate must be organized, driven, a fast learner, and detail oriented.Position Details:* Internship Dates: June 3rd - July 18th* Internship length: 6 weeks* Hours: Part-time, up to 32 hours a week (Monday-Thursday)* Pay: $21/hour* In-Person
