Position Overview:
The BILT Associate plays a pivotal role in our company, serving as both an ambassador and a business builder. Associates promote our memberships, foster relationships, and also have the chance to gain experience in creating their own real estate empire.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
- Present BILT memberships to potential clients through one-on-one interactions, seminars, or digital platforms.
- Tailor your approach to client needs, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Nurture long-term relationships, turning clients into loyal advocates.
Continuous Learning:
- Attend company-provided training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Keep informed about industry trends, competitive products, and innovations in the real estate service field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in services or membership-based products.
- Ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and understand their needs.

Pay: $104,253.00 - $171,832.00 per year
