Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work with the Global Director of Sales & Marketing to raise MII’s visibility and drive sales, both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to execute strategic campaigns to newly identified targets.
- Assist with the launch into new regions and emerging markets by way of: research projects, product registration coordination, product training, and marketing collateral and support.
- Work with external customers and MII’s internal Customer Service and Sales Teams to set up new accounts, maintain customer databases, respond to return inquiries, process purchase orders, and prepare reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with S&M Team Members to identify, analyze, and report on program performance and Customer trends/patterns; leverage data to optimize programs and increase revenue.
- Assist with the maintenance of MII’s Amazon Seller account, as well as working as part of a team to launch Amazon into new countries.
- Perform necessary audits on outgoing orders validating that the information provided is complete, and accurate.
- Assist with the creation and execution of additional digital elements and collateral material, such as paid social media campaigns, e-newsletters, brochures, marketing emails, and Customer/educational webinars.
- Assist the S&M Team with the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person product trainings, webinars, conferences, and trade shows (travel = less than 25%).
- Additional, special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ marketing, sales, and/or corporate customer service experience; healthcare or medical device industry a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Amazon Seller Central, WordPress, Constant Contact, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), a strong plus
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, website analytics, SEO tools, and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent people skills to interact with customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously handling multiple initiatives
