Role Summary
As a key player in our company, the Sales and Customer Service Executive will be the face of Everblue Pond, leading day-to-day operations and driving our mission forward. This role requires a unique blend of tech savvy, Sales and Customer Service skills. You will guide customers through thorough product selection, manage Customer Service issues, and forge strong supplier and Customer relationships—all while operating remotely.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the sales process via phone, providing technical advice and solutions while generating and closing sales.
- Handle Customer Service inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, HOAs, contractors, and business customers.
- Process orders, fulfillments, and returns through Shopify.
- Create sales materials and update website when needed.
- Participate in and contribute to ongoing training and professional development.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply technical information.
- Proficient in relationship-building and sales closing strategies.
- Self-motivated with extreme ownership, good judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with confrontation and capable of closing sales.
- Must have a reliable computer and internet connection for remote work.
- A self-starter attitude is critical. We seek someone who actively seeks solutions, approaches challenges creatively, and shows exceptional judgment in autonomous decision-making while learning quickly.
