Entry Level Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

• Show patience and understanding for our consumers while troubleshooting an issue or service
• Create an upbeat and friendly attitude throughout the entirety of the sales cycle
• Continuously develop product knowledge for our newest and most up to date products, services or promotional campaigns
• Retain existing clients while acquiring new ones through various marketing strategies
• Provide the best solution to the consumer’s issue and make sure they are fully content with our services
• Work directly with our sales and marketing team on project development

Entry Level Customer Service Representative qualifications:

• Clear communication and comfortability relationship building
• Bilingual is highly preferred
• 1+ year experience in a client facing role
• Interest in the Customer Service, marketing or sales field
• Drive for professional and personal development
• An entrepreneurial mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
